Bruce Ellis, Managing Partner, received a Ph.D. in Engineering and Management with his research focus on business, technology, and operations strategy from the University of Cambridge, an M.S. in Management from M.I.T. Sloan School of Management, and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Massachusetts. In 2005, following his work as a senior research associate with the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Manufacturing, and as principal research investigator and senior research scientist at the Georgia Tech Research Institute’s Aerospace, Transportation & Advanced Systems Lab, Bruce formed the Ellis Strategy Group (ESG). ESG consultants specialized in optimizing global (network strategies in a broad range of industries and global markets and offered deep expertise in enterprise alignment, manufacturing, operations, supply chain management and financing solutions.
Kim Warren originated and has published extensively on Strategy Dynamics – the application of system dynamics theory and method to strategic business plans and challenges. He was 2013 President of the International System Dynamics Society and recipient of its prestigious Jay Wright Forrester Award, named for the field’s founder. Kim has an engineering background and an MBA and PhD from the London Business School. After 15 years in senior strategy roles in business he joined the strategy faculty at London Business School where he developed and tested the Strategy Dynamics method in live business environments and classroom teaching. He is the founder and Managing Director of Strategy Dynamics Ltd which offers strategy tools, online courses and learning materials including Sysdea, an online, highly accessible modeling tool for mapping and modeling business strategy and performance. Sysdea is a registered trademark of Strategy Dynamics Ltd.
Frederick Kautz has a B.Sc. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Tennessee, a S.M. and Nuc. E in Nuclear Engineering from M.I.T, an M.S. in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Graduate Certificate in System Dynamics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), where he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Civil & Environmental Engineering and System Dynamics. During his R&D and consulting career he has successfully led projects in energy and commodities, capital markets, e-commerce and defense systems, among others. He is currently a doctoral researcher focused on simulation methodologies and data science applied to the study of the vulnerabilities, resiliency, economics, and financing of complex interdependent systems.

Deborah Peacock is a StratTech founding shareholder, and President/CEO, Managing Partner, Director and Chair of Peacock Law, P.C., a highly successful Intellectual Property law firm with offices in New Mexico, New York, and Washington D.C. (1000+ clients U.S. and international), with 31 years experience. She is a licensed attorney in New York, New Mexico and Colorado, a Registered Patent Attorney (U.S.), and a Registered Professional Engineer in New Mexico and Colorado. She provides legal and business/technology advice to an international clientele.
Deborah’s particular expertise is in complex transactions, commercialization of leading-edge and disruptive technologies, and global branding. Some of her technology and practice areas include chemical and mineral processing, mining, metallurgy, semiconductors, environmental, water treatment, oil and gas, energy, alternative energy, lasers, optics, acoustic, aerospace, outer space, food and beverage, medical devices and methods, biotech, consumer products, software, social media, cybersecurity, 3-D printing, and State and Federal regulations regarding the environment, food, labeling, and export laws. She previously worked as a Metallurgical Engineer with Kennecott Copper Utah Copper Division, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Renison Ltd., Zeehan, Tasmania, Australia.
Deborah holds and has held various Board and committee positions (President, Chair, Vice President, Treasurer, Executive Committee, Governance Committee, Audit Committee, Compliance Committee). She serves as Director of CleanSpot, Inc., and has been a Director of New Mexico Copper Corporation Inc., since July 2014. She has been Independent Director of Themac Resources Group Limited. She represents natural resources companies worldwide, regarding leading-edge technologies, business, and intellectual property strategies. She is also the Chair of the New Mexico Environmental Improvement Board and a Regent at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Deborah holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a B.S. degree in Metallurgical Engineering, with highest honors from the Colorado School of Mines.

Mark Schwartz received his undergraduate degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from M.I.T. He holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, where he was named a Stern Scholar. Mark served with distinction in the U.S. Air Force as an F-4 Phantom II fighter and instructor pilot and as a Flight Safety Officer, leading aircraft mishap investigations. He then joined the small, family-owned company Miracle-Gro, which he helped build into a Fortune 1000 publicly-traded company after acquiring The Scotts Company. As a Senior Vice President, Mark was head of Strategy and M&A, leading the Board of Directors through annual strategic-planning sessions and a variety of acquisitions. His other roles included leading the biotech program, running several business units, and leading new-category market entries. As a trusted “in-house” consultant, Mark led several international business improvement and rationalization projects (resulting in millions of dollars in annual savings) across manufacturing, finance, and human resources.
Rob Strandberg is an advisor to StratTech and is the Executive Director of FusionPointe. He has been at the leadership helm of numerous successful technology companies, including Orlando-based Xytrans Inc.; PSC Inc.; DATAMAX, Inc.; Sawtek/TriQuint; Merix/Via Systems; and Quipp/ITW. He brings extensive experience in all aspects of growing large and small companies, including strategic and tactical planning in highly competitive technology markets; financial and operations management; building and leading high-performance R&D and product development teams; global sales/channel development and all elements of financing (debt and equity) for both public and private companies, including considerable M&A experience.
Rob is an advisor to numerous companies and been/is a director on a number of corporate boards, serving on Audit, Governance and Comp/HR committees. Rob received a BS in engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard University.
